Founded in 1997 by Peter Pham, an Orange County real estate veteran with over 25 years of experience; the company offers a wide range of real estate services from commercial sales, leasing, management, and development consulting to local clients as well as national and international.
The company’s history can be traced back to the mid eighties, when Peter Pham operated a successful Century 21 Franchise with over 50 agents and a three-office mortgage company located in Santa Ana, Irvine, and Encino. Peter Pham received numerous honors and professional designations that hold him to high standards. Some of his coveted designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM, Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
